Mock Period property works....

Problem

Areas around the building were showing signs of deterioration including the mock timbers, brickwork, pointing and rendered panels.

Solution

Timbers were either repaired with resin or replaced, brickwork was reconstructed, re pointing where necessary and rendered panels repaired. We then re decorated the complete elevation.
