Maintenance Division

Resimends’ maintenance division has been set up to cater for any size job involved in everyday living in both the domestic and commercial sector.

Our workforce includes carpenters, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, decorators and general handymen. Our pricing structure means you can have one of our contractors for as long as you need them. With a minimum charge of an hour and then charged at half hour increments, no job is too small. So if it’s just a shelf you need putting up or a sticking door that needs adjusting you can be assured you will not be paying over the odds to have these little problems resolved.

We also cater for larger concerns such as offices, housing blocks and retail outlets.

Please note, we are not an emergency call out service so there is no ‘emergency call out charge’, however we will endeavour to get to you as soon as possible if a job required is of a more urgent nature.

Our contractors are certified in their fields.

Please call giving the nature of your requirements and we will be happy to provide an estimate.

It may be necessary on occasion to factor travel costs into an estimate.
